I came home yesterday afternoon after an x-ray on my heart. The doctors are still trying to find out what is going on so I have been to Glenfield today for an ultrasound test on my heart. He told me that I have a small hole in my heart so I am going back tomorrow to have some saline flushed through my line whilst the doctors look at my heart with the echo thingy and they will see if the flush goes through the hole into the other side of my heart. Mummy and Daddy and I went to meet a man this morning to talk about the EEG and MRI scan and he told us that I had some abnormal activity on the right side of my brain which is why I had the seizure but the MRI showed I have a cyst on the left side of my brain but that doesn't matter too much.Anyway I am going to the riding stables in the morning to do some grooming, mucking out and main plaiting. Dr Madi said it is not a good idea to ride at the moment in case I have a funny thing again and I might fall off and really hurt myself so I am just going to do everything else with the horses. We went to buy Emily a new riding hat for her birthday on Monday today and I bought some horse treats for tomorrow. I am very excited about that.

Oh My!! What a time you have had, and yet, there you are, home again and still smiling! You are truly a remakable young lady.
Shame you are not to ride your horse just now,but I'm sure it won't take you long to get back in the saddle.
I used to ride many years ago. My best time was when I stayed for 6 weeks with my grandparents in Nairobi, Africa. They had stables and a riding school, and I was given my own horse for the whole time I was there, she was white and called Big Ears, and I loved her.
The stable boys were all horrified when I took her to graze on my Gran's front lawn, but she thought that I was the bees knees, so I got away with it.
I long to start riding again, but we went and opened another restaurant, so there's definately no time for that now!
Maybe we could come and meet Katy one day, and see you ride.
Well I have to go now, because I have to stuff hundred's of envelopes with invitations to our "Official Launch" party for Boboli. You will all be getting one too. It's on Monday 29th, you will have to come if you feel up to it, and have a sneak pre-view before you come and use that voucher.

Hi there well you are home now and it sounds as though you are going to have a lovely time with the horses.I'm sure the horses will enjoy your visit too. They will know that its someone special with them.Horses are very clever about understanding that.
What a time you've had all these tests and things but it will all be worth while when the doctors can put everything right and you are back to your old self.

We had a lovely walk with Digby today. Alice slept in the sling for most of the time. I think I would be fibbing if I said I had complete control but Lucy made sure he did all the right things. He ran and ran so I hope he had a good rest this afternoon.

Well hi there. Hope you had a good weekend. It was a special one for us here in South Africa because we won the rugby world cup.I was a bit mixed and wish that it hadn't been England that we had to play in the final.
I hope that this week is easier on you than last week and you don't have so much to deal with.Last week was a bit hectic wasn't it.

You are a very brave and special girl. The horses will enjoy being groomed and understand how you feel and they too look forward to when you will ride again. They are a very patient and caring animal in their own way. Everyone loves you and are holding your hands, all looking forward to the time when the past few months are a distant thought.
